Additional beds and cots
- for extra bed: € 15 / day;
- for extra child bed: € 10 / day;
- cots (0-2 years): € 7 / day.
Check-in – Check-out
Check in is between 15:00 and 24:00 (early arrivals are welcome to spend time by the pool or gardens until the accommodation is ready.
Check-out is between 09:00 and 10:00 (if you wish to depart later, you are welcome to use the car park, pool and garden, as well as the shower and fridge.
We would be grateful for guests to inform us of their approximate arrival time.

Pets are welcome, but should be booked beforehand. Charge for pets Euro 50.

- Shuttle service to and from Airport Marina di Campo (7 seats).
Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
30% payment is requested to secure booking.
70% rest payment is required on arrival.
Payment may be in cash, bank transfer or Credit card.
The paid sum will not be reimbursed on cancellation, but can be used as payment for a future booking within a year (minus 25% service costs).
